This website has no forms or user accounts. We process the following data:

• Data you give us when you contact us via WhatsApp, phone, email or social media: name, phone number, email, the content of your message and the service you are interested in.
• Browsing data, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages visited, visit duration, device and browser type and approximate location, via Google Analytics.
• Technical data logged by our hosting provider (such as IP address) for the operation and security of the website.

• Answering your enquiries and managing your appointments: pre-contractual steps or performance of the service you request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Producing usage statistics to improve the website: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
• Ensuring the operation and security of the website: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Complying with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting obligations if you become a client (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
